1) What is E-Invoice?
Brink’s E-Invoice is an electronic version of your paper invoice. When your invoice documents have been posted to the secure site, you will receive an e-mail informing you they are vailable. Through a secure login, you can view, save, e-mail or print your invoice at any time.
The E-Invoice site is accessed via www.brinks.ca (click the e-invoice link in top right corner of screen).

2) Why is Brinks moving to E-Invoice?
As part of Brink’s Canada’s ongoing effort to conduct our operations in an environmentally responsible manner, Brink’s has moved to a paperless invoice. Brink’s Electronic Invoice allows you to quickly access your monthly invoice online anytime at www.brinks.ca. Paperless invoicing is an environmentally friendly option – it saves trees by reducing the amount of paper used, and reduces greenhouse gasses caused by the usage of energy to print, manage and deliver paper invoices. Going paperless is an easier way to stay on top of your invoices and account information. It also provides many other benefits:
• Quicker access to your invoices for cash flow management.
• Secure access to your accounts.
• Download, save, e-mail or print your invoices any time - always have a history of your billing.
• Cut clutter with less mail and less paper.
